Solutions

Application areas that start with the problem to be solved rather than a product name.

01

Basement and Foundation

Below-grade elements meet water constantly and from one direction. Hydrostatic pressure pushes against the waterproofing from outside in, which is why surface-level fixes fail quickly.

02

Bathroom and Wet Rooms

In wet rooms water passes through joints and corner details rather than through the tile. A stain on the floor below is almost always a detail failure.

03

Swimming Pools

A pool is the one element of a building under permanent water pressure — and that water is chemically treated. Chlorine and pH swings put the waterproofing under additional stress.

04

Balcony and Terrace

Balconies and terraces have to cope with water and with a wide daily temperature swing. Expansion and contraction crack any inflexible layer over time.

05

Façades

The façade is the only surface exposed to rain, wind, UV and temperature swing at once. Every visible defect on it is also a loss of performance.

06

Industrial Floors

In warehouse and production floors the problem usually comes not from the concrete class but from what was neglected on the first day after pouring: dusting, crazing and early wear.

08

Interiors

The most common interior complaint is blistering paint and mould staining. That is almost always a moisture-management problem rather than a paint problem.

09

Fire Safety

What decides the outcome of a fire is not whether a material burns but how fast flame spreads. Every minute gained is evacuation and intervention time.
