Quality Policy
Quality is not a check made at the end of production but a defined acceptance criterion at every step from formulation to dispatch.
Our approach
A product's quality is decided at raw-material acceptance, in the mixing parameters and in packaging conditions — not in a final batch check. We therefore place control points inside the process rather than at the end of it.
The group's analysis laboratory lets us make those checks without depending on an outside party. When a non-conformity appears, the time to reach root cause is not bounded by how long an external laboratory takes to return a sample.
Traceability
Every production batch is traceable down to the batch numbers of the raw materials used. Feedback from the field can be tied directly to that batch's production records and analysis results.
This traceability is used not only to solve problems but to develop products: the difference between a batch that performs well on site and an average one is an input to the next formulation revision.
Continuous improvement
Product development is not limited to launching new products. Watching how an existing product behaves in the field and revising the formulation accordingly is a separate, continuous track.
Field notes from the technical support team are one of the main inputs setting R&D's priority list.
